Kashmiri Yakhni Biryani Recipe

Ingredients:

Mutton........1/2kg. 
Rice..............1kg. 
Ghee...........4tbsp. 
Curd/Dahi.............2tsbp. 
Salt....to taste. 
Ginger garlic paste 2tbsp. 
Cloves...........2. 
Black ellachi (Cardamom).............2. 
taiz paat....................1. 
Cumin seeds/Zeera................2tbsp. 
pisi dahi.............2tbsp. 
Turmeric/haldi.............1tbsp. 
Red Chilly Powder/pisi lal mirch........2tbsp. 
Jaefel powder...........1/4tsp. 
Garum masala............2tbsp. 
Zerday ka rungh...........1/2tsp. 
Saouf........1tsp. 
Coriander leaves/hara dhania...........chopped 1 cup. 
Mint leaves chopped/pudina...............1cup. 
Green Chilly/hari mirch chopped..........4. 
Kevra............1/2tsp 


How to cook Kashmiri Yakhni Biryani :

Melt the ghee and onion fry it and add mutton with egg paste,then add dahi, and all masalas now add water for yakhni, when the water is dried now add zerda rungh and kevra and put on fire for dumm.
